The legacy app is officially retiring and will no longer support the setup of new frames. Transition to the new app for a seamless experience.

Plus, when you log into the new app with your existing PhotoShare Frame account credentials, you'll find all your photos and frames just as you left them!
Re-register to Transfer Your v1 Account
To ensure a smooth transition and continued access to your photos, you must re-register in the v2 app using the exact same email address you used for your v1 account. Using a different email could result in issues such as missing photos or inability to send new ones to your frame.
Follow these steps to migrate:
- Log out of any account in the v2 app.
- Re-register for a new account with the same email address you used with the v1 app.
- After registering, your existing photos should populate in the app, eliminating any "Fetching photos" messages.
