There Are No Photos in My PhotoShare Frame App
While opening up the PhotoShare Frame app for the
first time, the app will ask you to allow access. Please hit “Yes” as this will
sync photos from your device for easy transfer to your PhotoShare Frame.
If you clicked on “No”, photos and videos will not
show up when opening the app. In this case, you’ll need to go into
Android/iOS “Settings” -> “Privacy” and locate the PhotoShare Frame app.
Here, please adjust the settings to “Allow”.
