My Frame Keeps Showing the Clock
There are two common reasons this could be happening, but don't worry! Both are easy to fix.
There is a small light sensor on the bottom right of your frame. This sensor reads the light in the room and will automatically adjust the screen's brightness for optimal viewing pleasure. If the room is dark, it will default to clock mode so a bright screen doesn't keep you awake or distract from movie time! The same thing will happen if the sensor is blocked, so make sure nothing is obstructing it.
On some frame models, there is also a Setting you can check.
- Go to Frame’s Home Screen
- Tap “Settings”
- Tap “Frame Settings”
- Tap “Screensaver”
- Tap “Screensaver Type” and make sure you don't have the clock selected instead of slideshow
