Maximum Device Connectivity Limits
Your ClicSmart device is designed for extensive connectivity. A single ClicSmart can be controlled by up to 12 smartphones or tablets. However, if a device is currently being controlled by one user, the icon will be gray and out of range for others paired to the same device until the first user is done.
The number of ClicSmart devices that can actively pair to a single smartphone depends on the phone’s limitations. On average, 12-15 ClicSmart devices can stay actively paired to your smartphone, but this limit may change depending on your phone manufacturer.
