For any reason, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Simply Smart Home, you have 30 days to return. You must have proof of your purchase from any of our privately owned websites and be within the 30 day return period. If you have purchased from a retailer, please return based on the policies of the retailer from where you purchased. Purchases from retailers and second-hand sites like Ebay are not accepted for a refund.

However, if you think your frame is defective, please contact us to see if a replacement is covered by our one-year manufacturer warranty.
