I'd Like to Change the Email Address for My PhotoShare Frame Account

Unfortunately, we can’t change the email associated with a PhotoShare Frame account once it is created. We recommend a factory reset on the unit and then create a new PhotoShare Frame app account with the desired email. For help with a factory reset, please contact our Support team.


Before performing a Factory Reset, back up any photos on the frame with either an SD card or a USB thumb drive in order to save the photos.

 


            1.       Go to the Frame’s Home Screen

            2.       Tap “Settings”

            3.       Tap “System”

            4.       Tap “Factory Default Settings”

            5.       Tap “Reset”
