Managing your personal information in the PSF mobile app is straightforward. This guide will walk you through the steps to update your account name. Please note that while changing your name is possible, updating the account email address and frame email address is not an option after registration.

Changing Your Account Name

You might want to update your name on the PSF app for various reasons, such as after a legal name change or simply if it was entered incorrectly during initial setup. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Open the PSF App: Launch the PhotoShare Frame app on your mobile device.
2. Access the Menu: Tap on the hamburger menu icon (☰), typically located at the top of the screen.
3. Go to Account Settings: In the menu options, select 'Account Settings'.
4. Edit Your Name:
   • You will see fields labeled 'First Name' and 'Last Name'.
   • Tap on these fields to edit your name.
5. Save Changes: After making the necessary changes, tap on the 'Update' button to save your new name.

Your name change will now be reflected in your PSF account.

• Initial Registration: The account email address provided during the registration process is permanent and cannot be changed post-registration.

Frame Email Address

• Permanent Setting: Similar to the account email address, the frame email address specified during the initial setup is also permanent and cannot be altered later.
