How to Use an SD Card or USB to Send/Back Up Photos

Please follow the below instructions to Add photos using an SD/USB:
  1. Add photos to your SD/USB device
  2. Insert SD/USB device into the frame
  3. Go to the Frame’s Home Screen
  4. Tap Frame Photos
  5. Select the SD/USB device to see the photos on it
  6. Tap Select  and choose photos to be added to the frame
  7. Tap Copy  and select Internal Storage  to copy to the frame

 
Please follow the below instructions to Back up photos using an SD/USB device:
  1. Insert SD/USB device into the frame
  2. Go to the Frame’s Home Screen
  3. Tap Frame Photos
  4. Tap My Frame
  5. Tap Select  and choose photos to copy
  6. Tap Copy  and select your storage device – SD or USB


Formatting an SD Card to exFAT or FAT32

To ensure your SD card works seamlessly with the PhotoShare Frame, it's essential to format it correctly. Here are quick instructions for formatting an SD card to exFAT or FAT32:

For Windows Users:

  1. Insert the SD card into your computer.
  2. Open File Explorer and right-click on the SD card.
  3. Select Format.
  4. Under File System, choose exFAT or FAT32.
  5. Click Start to begin the formatting process.

For Mac Users:

  1. Insert the SD card into your Mac.
  2. Open Disk Utility (found in Applications > Utilities).
  3. Select the SD card from the sidebar.
  4. Click on Erase.
  5. Choose exFAT or MS-DOS (FAT) for FAT32 from the format options.
  6. Click Erase to start formatting.
