Frame Firmware & Software Updates

Depending on the model of your frame, software and firmware updates may occur automatically, provided the frame is connected to WiFi. However, you also have the option to manually check for updates:

  1. From the frame's Home Screen, tap Settings.
  2. Tap System.
  3. Tap Application Update and proceed with an update if one is available.
  4. Tap Firmware Update and continue with an update if one is available.


It's normal for some frames not to display the Application Update option in the menu. If this option isn't visible, it simply indicates that your frame's software is already up-to-date. There's no need to worry; your frame is running the latest software version.
