Creating Your PhotoShare Frame Account

Welcome aboard! You're about to enjoy the delightful experience of the PhotoShare Frame. We're thrilled to be part of your cherished moments.


Getting started is a breeze:
  1. Download the PhotoShare Frame "v2" app from either the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Input your preferred email address for your account.
  3. Follow the steps to Create a secure password, and enter your Name
  4. You have an option to customize your "Frame Email" Prefix (think of it like a username), this is pre-filled to match your email address, although it may already be used and can be changed.
    1. What's Frame Email used for? This is for newer generation frames (2023+) and simply acts as your future frame emails for any frames you own and register. For example if I pick "johnsframe" my future frames would receive frame emails of johnsframe.XYZ@photoshareframe.com where XYZ are unique numbers related to each frame.
    2. This must be unique, if you receive an error that the frame email prefix is already taken, please try a different one or add some numbers to the end (common names are often taken already).
  5. Review the Privacy Policy & Terms of Service and Agree.
  6. Complete the registration.

Once you've finished, you'll be directed to the login page. Enter the email and password you registered with, and you're all set to start using your new PhotoShare Frame!
