Connecting to New WiFi Networks

If you have recently changed your internet service provider, or are relocating your ClicSmart device(s) to a new location with a new WiFi network, the simplest way to connect to the new WiFi while keeping your existing settings, is to re-add your devices to the app. Deleting them first and then adding them will reset your devices to default settings, so any schedules or other features will not be retained.

      1.  Launch the App, and press (+) to Add a Device.

            

      2.  Make sure the ClicSmart or the Smart Plug is in pairing mode by pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds.

      3.  Tap to add the device
            


      4.  Stay close to your phone to make sure the screen does not go to sleep!

            

      5.  Follow the onscreen prompts to select ClicSmart location, and then continue to name your device.

            


All done! Your ClicSmart is now connected to your new WiFi and is ready to be controlled via smartphone.
